Check-in and hangar Information
  • Flights arrive and depart from the ConocoPhillips Global Aviation hangar, located at 18632 Chanute Rd., Houston, TX 77032.
  • Reservations are no longer required to park at the Houston hangar.
  • Shuttle passengers are required to be checked-in 30 minutes prior to scheduled takeoff.
Ground transportation
ConocoPhillips center Ground Shuttle
  • A Ground Shuttle is available from the front of SPIRIT TWO at ConocoPhillips Center to/from the hangar.

  • Please note that shuttle service will be suspended once additional parking capacity has been added at the Houston hangar.
Rental Cars
  • Rental cars should be returned to the Rental Car Center (17300 Palmetto Pines, Houston, TX 77032.)
    • Note: Due to limited space, rental vehicles cannot be dropped off directly at the hangar.
  • Passengers should book their rental cars at least 72 hours in advance.
  • Enterprise/National Car Rental provides a shuttle to/from the Houston hangar to the rental car center at George Bush Intercontinental Airport when the shuttle is operating out of Houston.
    • From the hangar: Board the shuttle in the vehicle loop outside of the waiting area.
    • From the Rental Car Center: Board the shuttle on the curb immediately adjacent to the first row of vehicles. The shuttle will have ConocoPhillips signage.
  • Rental cars must be returned at least 1.5 hours prior to Air Shuttle departure.

Check-in and hangar information
  • Flights arrive and depart from the ConocoPhillips Global Aviation hangar, located at 9700 Airways Drive, Hangar C, Midland, TX 79711.
  • Parking for shuttle passengers is not available at the hangar. Employees are encouraged to utilize the ground shuttle, when possible. Parking is available at the ConocoPhillips downtown offices and at the Midland International Air and Space Port (MAF.)
  • Shuttle passengers are required to be checked-in 30 minutes prior to scheduled takeoff.
Ground transportation
Ground Shuttle
  • A Ground Shuttle is available from the Midland hangar to the airport terminal for access to Enterprise/National Car Rental, and the downtown offices.

  • The Ground Shuttle will pick up passengers from:
    • The Midland offices on the south side of CC1 near Parking Garage 1
    • Outside of the Midland International Air and Space Port terminal (north side, near ride share pickup.)
Fleet Vehicles
  • A limited number of fleet vehicles are available for trips to the field and may be reserved from Fleet Services (Note: ConocoPhillips network only). Limited pool vehicles are available. This is not a substitute for a rental vehicle.

Check-in and terminal information
  • Flights arrive and depart from the Bartlesville Municipal Airport terminal, located at 401 Wiley Post Road, Bartlesville, OK 74003.
  • Please note that no parking is available at the Airport terminal. Passengers must arrange to be dropped off and picked up. Alternatively, passengers may park at the ConocoPhillips parking lot (236 SW Frank Phillips Blvd. Bartlesville, OK 74003) and utilize the Ground Shuttle (see below.)
  • Shuttle passengers are required to be checked-in 30 minutes prior to scheduled takeoff.
Ground transportation
  • A Ground Shuttle is available, departing from just outside of the terminal building, and will provide transportation to the Hilton Garden Inn, Bartlesville offices, and Enterprise/National Car Rental. No reservations for the Ground Shuttle are required. 
    • The Ground Shuttle will pick up/drop off passengers at the following locations:

Ride sharing
  • Please note that ridesharing services such as Uber and Lyft are not available in Bartlesville.

  • Flights arrive and depart from the Cavern City Air Terminal, 1505 Terminal Drive, Carlsbad, NM 88220.
  • Parking is available at the Cavern City Air Terminal. 
  • Shuttle passengers are required to be checked-in 30 minutes prior to scheduled takeoff.
Ground transportation
Ground Shuttle
  • A Ground Shuttle is available to/from the Enterprise/National Car Rental office, the Carlsbad and Loving offices.
  • The Ground Shuttle will pick up/drop off passengers at:
    • Cavern City Air Terminal (look for vehicle with signage)
    • Enterprise/National Rental Car office
    • Carlsbad and Loving offices (please see main reception)

Fleet Vehicles
  • A limited number of Fleet vehicles are available for trips to the field and may be reserved from Fleet Services (Note: ConocoPhillips network only). Limited pool vehicles are available. This is not a substitute for a rental vehicle.

  • Rental cars are available from National/Enterprise. Passengers must reserve their vehicles a minimum of 72 hours in advance.

  • Flights arrive and depart from Overland Aviation, 14151 Commerce Drive, Williston, ND 58801.
  • Limited parking is available at Overland Aviation on a first come, first served basis.
    • Note: Employees parking at Overland must display a ConocoPhillips parking pass, which can be picked up from Jimmy Hillhouse (Watford City) or Taylor Vancleave (Dickinson).
  • Parking is available at Williston Basin International Airport (14127 Jensen Lane Williston, ND 58801.) Passengers must arrange transportation to the terminal by calling MR Kab Taxi (701-609-7937).

Ground transportation
Rental Cars
  • A limited number of Rental Cars are available from Enterprise/National Car Rental.  Please note that a 72-hour notice is preferred for vehicle rentals at the Williston Basin International Airport.
  • Passengers who have rented vehicles will be picked up by Enterprise/National at Overland Aviation and brought to/from the Rental Car counter at the Airport.
  • Rental cars must be returned to Enterprise/National a minimum of one hour before the Air Shuttle departure.
    • Note: Rental cars cannot be dropped off at Overland Aviation. 
Fleet vehicles
  • A limited number of Fleet vehicles are available for trips to the field may be reserved from Fleet Services (Note: ConocoPhillips network only). Limited pool vehicles are available. This is not a substitute for a rental vehicle.
    • Note: Passengers will need to book a rental vehicle to get to the Watford City or Dickinson offices to pick-up fleet vehicles.
