Reminder for Lower 48 employees: Any requests for commercial flights between locations served by the Air Shuttle require Leadership Forum-level approval before booking.

Changing or canceling reservations

  • Passengers may CANCEL their travel on the online portal up to one (1) hour before scheduled departure.
  • Passengers can RESCHEDULE their travel on the portal up to three (3) hours prior to departure.

Any changes within these windows will require the passenger to contact Travel Services (see above) for prompt attention.
